IN-PERSON WORKSHOP - CDOT has a New On-the-Job Training (OJT) Specification for all federally-funded highway construction projects awarded after September 6, 2018. To help prime and subcontractors learn about OJT requirements and changes in the new specification that may impact training plans and OJT goals, CDOT is offering two FREE workshops that will cover: • Overview of CDOT's OJT Program and New Special Provision • Out-of-the Box and Approved OJT Programs • OJT Goals and Good Faith Efforts • Eligibility, Enrollment and Counting Hours • Wages & Reimbursement • OJT Forms and Submittals • OJT Support Services: RISE (Resources to Improve and Support Employment)
