Shawna Grieger Executive Director With calling Colorado home, Shawna has been an advocate and resident of Western Colorado since 1989. She has worked with several organizations, committees, and regional boards including the Grand Junction Area Chamber of Commerce, CLUB 20, Western Colorado Community College, Colorado Mesa University, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Western Slope CAMA, Colorado Space Business Roundtable and the Grand Junction Lions Club. Her belief is that Western Colorado has a voice in the construction industry and opportunities for growth through WCCA. Outside of work, Shawna enjoys outdoor sports, spending time with her daughters and helping with community needs.
Kim Colton Members Consultant In 2006, Kim Colton accepted the Members Consultant position with WCCA. Born and raised in Denver, CO. She and husband Jeff Colton moved to the Grand Valley in 1999. Jeff Colton is a Senior Meteorologist for the National Weather Service. Married for 20 years they are the proud parents of 2 lovely daughters’; Heather (22) a Senior at CMU, majoring in Graphic Design/Animation, and Heidi (18) a Freshman also at CMU. Kim has provided the “Spirit Express” Dance Team with fundraising support, and has enjoyed attending competitive events with her daughters.
In her role, Kim diligently searches various resources for project plans and details. Kim is a “people” person who “really enjoys getting to know members and likes helping find what they need for their projects”.
