WCCA's Board of Directors & Staff recently held a retreat to establish goals for this year.

We need your participation to make 2009 the best year for WCCA and our members.

COMMITTEE INVOLVEMENT
GOAL: WCCA will restructure, bring to life, add more excitement and consolidate its committees. WCCA will establish meeting dates/and
frequency of meetings for each committee/team.

FINANCIAL PLANNING
GOAL: WCCA will continue to review and refine our long range goals.

LEGISLATIVE INVOLVEMENT
GOAL: WCCA will explore how to execute our role in legislative
involvement.

SCHOLARSHIP
GOAL: WCCA will become more actively involved in the interview and selection process, as well as refine our scholarship program to improve it. WCCA will invite recipients to WCCA events.

MARKETING/PUBLIC AWARENESS
GOAL: WCCA will continue to inform members and the community what we (WCCA) are doing and what's new in the industry; WCCA will also continue to promote members and WCCA.

EDUCATION & SAFETY
GOAL: WCCA will establish quarterly safety meetings/luncheons with OSHA Alliance as well as other interesting topics. WCCA will explore working with other associations to provide better educational
opportunities in western Colorado.
